What's your home worth? TV show aims to find out
HGTV is coming to Lake Tahoe and needs to find homeowners and Realtors in the area who would like to be considered for the show.

"We are looking at Lake Tahoe because we are trying to find unique homes," said segment producer Holly Schwartz. "We figure coming to Tahoe will will get some of those mountain architectual styles."

The home channel's show "My House is Worth What? chronicles how homeowners are dealing with the ups and downs of the current real estate market. Those who appear on the television show get a free evaluation of their home by experts and host Kendra Todd, season three winner of "The Apprentice."

"It's an area of intrigue, home prices are high up there," Schwartz said.

Schwartz said that homeowners who are chosen will work with television crews for a day to produce the show.

Deadline to apply for homeowners and Realtors is Feb. 29.

The host of the show will be Kendra Todd, the winner of season three of "The Apprentice."
